Admiral Charenza sketch

From my side project "Shiny Battleship".

Charenza is the youngest Admiral of the Fleet, she's brilliant, career driven and courageous, almost everyone respects her.
She's chosen to lead a secret mission and take charge of the Battleship Imperious Reign, also known as the shiny battleship. On meeting the crew she finds Ensign Hugo Monroe, who she trained with as a cadet and who she had a huge crush on. She in incandescent with rage when she learns that he has never bothered to try and get promoted, and has wasted his career away as an Ensign when he could have been Chief Systems Analyst by now. she puts him in his place by immediately promoting him and thrusting some responsibility on his lazy ass!
