Jennet is a somewhat evil mutant of the Under City. She's part of Ullman's group who wish to have equal rights with the beautiful people of the upper city of Omorphya.

She hates the beautiful ones, but not because they kill and enslave her kind, but because she's jealous of them and longs to be one of them. She hates her horrible slit mutant eye and thinks that without it she could have beauty,money and power.
