Killawea comes from a tribe of mutants who have been dying out for a long time, most are infertile. Many native animals are also infertile and food became scarce, the last survivors of the tribe set out to find somewhere safe to settle, few of those last survivors remain alive.

As a skilled fighter and fake healer Killawea has managed to stay alive, she has joined a huge cult that she hopes to take over and rule as her own.
